At Blackhawk Supply, we want to ensure you have the right components for your HVAC and automation projects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
